At KIVARI International, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene stickers remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
